As Head of Platform, you will work directly with Jan and be responsible for driving key community-facing projects from concept to completion in an environment of autonomy and creativity.
Your mission ****is to build the best product to get edtech and future of work founders from first check to Series A. As a fund, we work with our community to provide our portfolio with unfair access to strategic insight, industry connections and advice from legendary edtech operators. You will grow and productise that community in the service of our portfolio.
We are a small team (two Partners, one Principal, one Senior Associate and the incoming Head of Platform), working in four-week sprints over a quarterly planning cycle that creates extreme focus.

This is just the start. You will own the creation and execution of our platform strategy and be taking our community to new heights. You will be successful in your role if 90% of our portfolio would be very disappointed if they could no longer have access to the community you manage.
Emerge is a remote-first company, and this is a remote job. We're hiring from anywhere in a +/- 3 hour radius of UK time.
